We do not ship to the following states: Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders greater than $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.99.

 

Incorrect Address Change

If you provide the incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately. Prices will vary to make the change. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery or returned packages. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returned packages. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

 

Order Cancellation

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order before delivery. Cancellation is subject to the order's processing status and may not be possible if the order has already shipped. Shipped orders can be returned according to our standard return procedures detailed in the "Returns" section.

 

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus all associated shipping fees. If free shipping or discounted shipping was applied to the order, all the shipping costs (inbound and outbound) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Freight Delivery

Please be aware that all freight deliveries require a signature upon receipt. "Curbside Delivery" means your order will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway only; it does not include unloading or unpacking. Additional charges, payable directly to the carrier, may apply for requests such as placement beyond the curb, missed delivery appointments, re-delivery, or other special requirements.

Extraordinary delivery conditions (e.g., physical barriers, limited space, local restrictions) may also result in extra fees. If delivery is impossible due to spatial limitations, the customer is responsible for any charges related to changes in shipping information (location, truck type, etc.). If the carrier cannot complete a standard delivery due to these circumstances, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange an alternative delivery with the freight company. When the carrier contacts you to schedule your delivery, please inform them of any factors that might necessitate an alternate delivery location.
